First Call Mobile Detailing primarily serves the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and surrounding cities. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, feel free to contact us.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and schedule a time that works best for you.
What detailing services do you offer?
We offer professional interior and exterior car detailing, including full interior cleaning, exterior washes, paint protection, engine bay detailing, and wheel and tire detailing. Services are tailored based on your vehicle’s condition and needs.
Do I need to prepare my vehicle before detailing?
No preparation is required. We ask that personal belongings be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment to ensure a thorough and efficient detailing service. Access to water and power is also required for our equipment.
What are your operating hours?
We operate from generally 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday – Sunday but can can have flexible scheduling depending on your needs.
How long does a detailing service take?
Service times vary depending on the vehicle size and level of detailing required. Most detailing appointments take between 2 to 5 hours. We’ll provide an estimated time frame when booking.
What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on the service and vehicle size. Please contact us or check our website for specific pricing information.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charges.
